I noticed last week that some mysterious playlists had been added to my account (Premium Family Subscription), looked to change the password and the account email and password had been changed - I was logged in via Facebook. 

 

I contacted support, and asked to contact me on my real email address or the paypal subscription, which they did within a few hours, requesting some paypal invoice ids. and putting the account on hold. I replied to the email the same day and again 1 day later and 1 week later, with no response. Yesterday I sent another message through the web form, quoting the email correspondence. 

 

This has been on going for over week now, with no response since the initial email response, while I'm paying for a premium family account with no access.

 

Any sugggestions?!

Still no response from Spotify support. 8 days and counting......
