I have an Unlimited Account which was hacked a couple of days ago, it seems that I was still logged in so I changed the password, logged out and then logged back in with the new password and all seems ok.
Three things:
My account was changed from Unlimited to Premium
My Playlists are gone replaced with others - I have contacted support about this
Third - is this a conicidence? A week ago I installed a couple of Spotify remotes on my Iphone and Ipad - Remoteless and Spot Remote, in less than five days my account is hacked - makes you wonder....
Any comments gratefully received, especially on getting my playlists back - thanks in advance.
Support should be able to lend you a hand getting everything back to normal. If you got an automated email reply pointing you to the community, reply directly to that email and that will ensure your case reaches an advisor as soon as possible.

I made the original post, I am locked our of my account.
I was contacted by support they asked for some info to verify that I was the account holder, I did this, my account was
deactivated while they checked, 27hrs later support won't respond to my emails and account still deactivated.
I am a customer, I pay a subscription, what is going on??
