Hacked - Someone is using my account

I noticed today that someone has been using my account. My playlists are deleted and my history is full of music I am no familiar with. In addition to all of this, I received an email from Spotify this morning about resetting my password, but the email was in German. 

 

I logged my account out from all devices and changed my facebook password which I use to login. When I try to reset the device password, the link in the email I receive from Spotify doesn't work. I end up on an "Oh no!" page. How can I change my passwords to prevent someone else using my account.
