Hacked account, now I'm listening to Papa Roach

Someone's gone and changed my email and password for my Spotify account (username: kinocrooke). I'd love to kick them out because they keep trying to play Papa Roach, so this is my last resort. 

It looks like my support requests are just going to end up in their email account. Anywhoo, help would be appreciated. I've already tweeted, emailed, etc.
