Hacked account

Hacked account

My account has been hacked. I have filled in the contact form by logging in from my Facebook-page. But since the hacker has changed the contact email, I will not get the response from my inquiry to my own email.

 

I can obvioulsy not delete my account since the password and email has been altered by the hacker.

 

How do I proceed?

 

I have also posted this inquiry on Spotify's FB-page (Swedish version).

I am having the same problem at Ellen!!! It sent the email to the email address that the hijacker changed it to and I don't know what to do. I just sent in the request to get help tonight.
