Hacked account

Like everyone else I'm here for a hopefully quicker respond. My premium acc has been hacked and used while im the one paying for it and couldnt stop the subscription cause i cant log into my account with my original username and password. I've already filled in the contact form but i really do need a solution asap. Seeing that the old thread of account hacked was from 2012 and Spotify did nothing to change the situation of insecure account changing methods im kinda disappointed. When one requested to change the email you shd send the original email acc for verification. Thats the least you can do.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
