Hello. Same old hacked account story: noticed someone else using my account and listening BS I'd never listen, contacted support via email, followed the security protocol. Happened again, emailed again and the robotic support team insisted in blocking my account and suggested another password change. So I changed it to a super hard one, logged in just one device, logged in PC with on-screen keyboard.but still "Family room speaker" is listening their BS through my account.
is this your story too? I'm thinking maybe the other user is not aware he/she is using my account. This is definitely a security issue (Spotify robot team never gave me any info on alien connected devices), but I'm also thinking it could be a bugged feature on family subscriptions.
