Hacked account

Hi

My account is hijacked, but I could log in here via facebook. I can't change back the email address to my real one without the password and that has been changed by the one hijacking my account.

I emailed spotify this morning, but they does not seem to answer as quickly as they should.

How do I sieze control over my own account? Please help! (premium)

I have contacted spotify support via web form as well as mail directly, but they have yet to even reply. (Not even a confirmation email about a support ticket).
