Hacked account

My account "ch4lle" have been hacked and I now have been charged for 1 year of spotify för 1188 swedish kronor. I have not aproved this and wish to cancel this and get my money back and my account disabled.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate this in much more detail for you. Spotify take any fraud very seriously, so you can rest assured they won't let you be out of pocket.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
