Hacked and locked out of Premium account

Hacked and locked out of Premium account

So I reported a weird email confirmation email and strange activity and ended up with my account locked while Spotify investigates. I provided the information requested and haven't heard back at all yet. 

 

Seems like this happens pretty frequently, so does anyone have any idea how long it usually takes to complete one of these investigations once the team has the information requested to confirm that I'm the authorized owner? Is it a matter of days? Weeks?

In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.

Hi @JuanCamilo, thanks! Yes, as mentioned in my post I did get in touch via email (it's how I ended up getting locked out of my account by the Spotify team in the first place) but am no longer getting a response.

 

Just hoping to see how long other people with the same issue have ended up waiting... Understand that it varies on a case by case basis to resolve, but basically I'd like to know if it's going to be more than a couple of days so that I can figure something else out for music.
