Hi, I have had to open a second Spotify account because I have forgot my password to my old account and my email I used for it has been hacked and shut down so I cannot access it, however I am still paying for because I can’t cancel it without logging in (obviously) what can I do?

i have tried cancelling direct debit however Im STILL getting charged for an account I can’t use. Any surgestions?

Unfortunately we can't help but a staff member can, just talk to them here: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ and they'll get your previous subscription cancelled! ^0^
