Hacked premium account

Hello.

Today someone changed the email and password of my spotify premium account. I got an email that my adress had been changed and I sent an email back but I haven't gotten any response yet.

I was still able to get on the account using facebook login, I noticed someone was using it from another device and now it seems like they have removed the facebook login aswell.

What can I do? This is really annoying.

Don't worry! Spotify folks should be able to help you take back access to your account. Reach out to them by using the anonymous form (which means you shouldn't be logged in a Spotify account while doing this to prevent any confusion on which account the issue is). After you've sent it, make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's a no-reply!

Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours 🙂
