Hacked premium account

Hacked premium account

Hello.

My premium account has been hacked, and also my e-mail. Which means I can't recieve a new password. I did fill a contact form (Case # 00721041), but no answer yet (did it yesterday). I need to either get a new password and change my e-mail, or just remove my account completely (and cancel subscription).

I am not comfortable with the situation and I hope you can help me.

Hey 🙂 

 

Just to be on the safe side, can you reply to the automated email with the case number in it (ignore its from no-reply)? That will ensure your case reaches an advisor who can assist you as soon as possible 😉
