Hacked spotify account

Good Morning,
During the last days I noticed some strange things in my Spotify Account (e.g. Downloading of music that I didn't download, following some artist that I didn't follow).
Yesterday I noticed that I couldn't enter my account any longer, because the password has been changed, and I can't change it anymore.
What can I do now?
