On april 30th my account got hacked. It changed the e-mail to <snip>r@outlook.de. This is not my e-mail adres. It also changed the password.
Nearly all my playlists were suddenly deleted.
The only way i am able to log in here is because it is linked to my facebook account.
I can't send a contact form for it because the reply will be send to the hacker. Can someone from spotify help me with this?
Maybe contact me privately? my real e-mail for spotify is <snip>@simonsmail.nl. and my phone records seem to still be the same.
I have a premium account connected with KPN so maybe that will help to confirm who i am?

It usually takes 24-48 hours for a reply, but for tickets related to accounts being hacked, they usually take longer as they have to investigate. You can reply to the "no-reply" email to speed things up.

Still not a word from them. Can't they atleast send a mail back that they will look into it?
I found out that i can still access everything when logging in with my facebook so i can still use spotify, but i still can't change e-mail and password sadly.
Relly hope they answer soon, my account got hacked to, Changed the amil and passowrd, so i dont even have access to Anything anymore, only Local Files. But still ogged in on web here, so I can atleest post on the forum
I am finding it very strange that a lot of accounts seem to have problems loging in / recovering passwords OR seem to be taken over by others in some way. I think Spotify realy needs to look into this matter. I have never seen a user forum of whatever service or product having so much complaints about inaccessible accounts...
