Had been set up with recurring payments for over 2 years, now credit card not working

Hi, I've had recurring payments set up with my credit card for over a year. Yesterday, I received an email saying my premium account had been paused because my payment didn't go through. I've contacted my credit card company and they report no issues on their end. I've tried other cards, and I keep getting the same error message. I've tried signing back up on my mobile devices and computer, and every single time, I get the same "oops" message. Any fixes for this??
