Had premium then got message saying been offline for 30 days and now i dont have premium i have free

Had premium then got message saying been offline for 30 days and now i dont have premium i have free

Hi can anyone help me with this,

 

I had spotify premium but obviously not listened to it for 30 days because i got a message saying i have been offline for 30 days.

 

Now i dont have Premium my account says i have free...

 

Please advise

The best thing to do in this instance is to check how your account appears at https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/. If the account has returned to Free, you should then be able to add your new payment details should you need to.
