My Question or Issue

I have been on a premium subscription for years now.  A few days ago premium features such as downloading playlists to the phone stopped without reason.  My Subscription is already paid for this month so I am perplexed why my app does not have the premium features I am so uses to enjoying.  Any causes foe this?

Could you try logging out of your Spotify account, then reset your password here? If that doesn't help, please try following these steps.

I have tried all of the above without success. Will try deleting the app
and doing a fresh install but other than this I am out of ideas 😞

Just wanted to check in with you and see if the clean reinstall worked for you 🙂

 

If not, then could you let us know if you're seeing Premium on non-mobile devices?
