Have Premium but mobile won't work :(

Hi!

I just got a new iPhone and downloaded the free trial for Spotify Premium. It won't work on my iPhone though 😞 it's saying that I don't have premium. What should I do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Please note it can take some time for a premium trial to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your subsriptions page to make sure you are successfully on the premium trial?
2) Try reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
