Have been downgraded and still being charged

Have been downgraded and still being charged

I upgraded to premium last month, I was charged and it was working for a few days but then it went back to a free account. I've contacted spotify support twice but have had no reply. I am still being charged for premium account even though my bank details are not showing in my account details. Can anyone help?

Normally this happens because you have set up a duplicate account. 

 

Two questions:

- Do you still have the confirmation email receipt from when you upgraded? If so, what username is shown on that receipt email? 

- When you got in touch with support, you most likely got an automated reply telling you to post on the community? If so, reply directly to that email and that will bump your case over to an adviser who can lend a hand.
