Have been paing for spotify 12.99 and it comes out every month but no premium access WTF!!!!!

I have been paying 13.87 with tax every month for a while now and never miss a payment due to auto pay but yesterday spotify just for whatever reason as I was listening to music stopped and blacked out everything so I couldn't use it, then I check the subscription and it's free?????!!?!?!?? Um if I'm paying 13.87 a month for spotify why am I not getting to listen to music or fix my account? Not only that when I go on the site and log in it says spotify payment failed but I have the receipt in my email for the 18 of August yesterday $13.87... Then I go to update my account Info and it says spotify has no support and stuff but if I'm paying monthly for this I better have premium and access to all music it's ridiculous that I get charged and can't use it when I have been for months now!!!! I want the 13.87 credited back to my card and I should get free premium because I've been a paying spotify customer and listen daily to this app and it was changed on me without any warning or knowledge that it was going to happen! I'm not happy about this at all and feel that I deserve this to be resolved now!!!

Sounds like your subscribed through iTunes. For any issues with those payments, you'll have to contact Apple directly at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. I'd ask for a refund and get your subscription canceled, which you can do manually following these steps here. Then I'd subscribe through Spotify directly at Spotify.com/premium as it is cheaper. If you need any further help, let me know! 🙂

I'd ask for a refund and get your subscription canceled, which you can do manually following these steps here. Then I'd subscribe through Spotify directly at Spotify.com/premium as it is cheaper. So I guess I cancelled my subscription do I just wait til it clears before subscribing or what?

@Hotrod012 You should be just fine with subscribing again, no need to wait. Apple should definitely be refunding that charge once you report it.

I would like to know how much is the total amount that you will be charging me on December 8th 2016 it tells me 9.99 plus tax but I need to know exactly how much is it.
