Have free premium act but won't work

I live in England and was in Ireland on holidays for a week I have a bill phone which I got Spotify free for life with it now it keeps saying that all I have is a free account can somebody help me resolve this

Is it free or is it premium? Free for life sounds .. strange.

It was premium as it was part of a deal with Vodafone I should of had it for life but now it stopped working

Wouldn't it be a good idea to ask vodafone why it is not working anymore?
An email with cc to spotify would be my first choice.
