I have been having this issue for about a week. I have paid for premium for years and all of a sudden, it isn't working. Spotify has taken money out of my account (I have proof) and has randomly shut off Premium. I'm outraged. I have done the following ...

I logged out and logged back in

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 

 

Please help -- at this point, I'm just throwing money in the trash and you're not providing me a service that I'm actually paying you for.

 

Update: I just discovered that all of my playlists are gone, including the ones I made for my late grandparents. I expect that this will be resolved immediately.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Since those didn't work - I'd recommend contacting Spotify customer support as they can check backstage and help further. You can contact them here.
