Haven't logged in in a while; starred playlist gone

I haven't logged in to spotify in a while. I tried logging in back in August and had issues. I sent an e-mail to customer support, but never received a response.

On a whim, I decided to try to log back in today. It worked, but all my starred music is gone. I looked at the FAQ and saw they changed the format, but that all my old starred songs should be in a playlist entitled "Starred". There were no playlists at all when I logged in. So I created one called "Starred" in the hopes that maybe the music would appear, but it didn't.
