I have a premium account and a free account.

Unfortunately I can't remember the email or username I used to sign up with for my premium account. Is there any way to help me out with this?

Try to include as many details as you can (including for the username/email box)

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
