Having trouble logging into spotify premium

Hey Everyone,

I recenlty signed up to spotify premium family and when I log in on my phone it says that I have the FREE subscription when in fact I have already paid for Premium family. I have logged out and also deleted the app and loaded it again and still having the same problem. I really need help cause it's driving me up the wall.
