Hello Spotify Community, i'm currently having difficulty uploading a picture

When I choose the upload option, I have tried numerous photos. When it tries to go through, it fails and says, "That file’s too small. Your image must be at least 2660x1140px.". I've resized them all to fit the standards, and even more, but it still fails regaurdless of the size/quality or image type.

What device and Spotify version are you using to upload the pictures? Also, are you trying to update your profile picture or a playlist picture? A screenshot of what you see on your end would really help.

In the meantime, try reinstalling Spotify to see if it helps.

I'm having this same problem.

Using the SpotifyForArtists website on the latest version of Chrome. I have made my banner 2660x1140, yet Spotify still says I need it to be 2660x1440px...

Okay, I've got the solution.

I still don't know how it works, but well...

I've resized the picture to 2560x1440, and Spotify had no problems to load it up.

Everything went fine.
