My Question or Issue

Hi, I created an account for a colleague who does not have a Mastercard and entered the same Mastercard number. For the first five minutes the account was still active and after that nobody could enter the account. Now I'm afraid that after the 3 months the fees will be paid twice (once from my account and once from his blocked account) and he won't even have the possibility to cancel the subscription... Or has the subscription been stopped automatically?

I'm really worried because it's about my money...

Just to get a more clear situation let's, first of all, try to recover the access to the account. When your friend tries to access their account, what happens? Did they get any error messages? Also, I'd like to suggest that they try to follow the tips described here:

If their account is disabled/blocked, possibly they got an email or error message telling them that the account was suspended. If this is the case, you can get more information about it here:
