Help! Account hacked

Hi there, 

A few months ago I logged on and all my playlists had been deleted and there were lots of recently listened to tat weren’t me. I have built my playlists back up then today I logged on and the same thing has happened again! Seriously considering just deleting my premium account!

No dude! Don't do that. Firstly go to spotify.com, then click the top right on your name. Click on account. After go to account overview and scroll to the bottom where it says sin out everywhere. Do that and then go to change password and change your password.

There, your problem should be solved.

I had the same problem on a Family account, I don't think its been hacked, I think its a Spotify problem,
