Help! Can’t get into my account

My Spotify account is connected to my old Facebook account which was hacked and I no longer have access. Even with an invite I am not able to sign in without that Facebook account. Can someone help? I’ve been paying for this and unable to access it for months!

Hello @Becca1979!

Can you try having a password reset with the email linked to your Facebook account here? You should then be able to log in using this email and your newly generated password.
