Help! Can't listen in other countries

Hi! Sorry for my english. I live in Norway, and now I'm om holiday in Spain. I've a couple of offline playlists, but it's only a few songs that work? And I need to press play for each song. I've checked, and I still have premium. Please help, I hate being on the beach without music.
