Help!!! I cannot login to my spotify account

Hi,
I cannot login into my account, I have sent several messages to the spotify support team and have had no response apart from the auto reply  case# 02323547 and #02305830 I am a premuim user error message is:  Spotify desktop client communication failed.  Not happy with the service :( even now I cannot login to post here I  will have to signup it seems :( I cannot login with Facebook account I keep getting user name and password error mesaages

I've sent this problem to the wizzards at tech support and we'll see what we can do from there.
