Help - I'm premium and appears as free

This week my spotify began to appear as free account on the desktop client. I enter in my account to see my payment and it shows that I'm premium account. What's Happening 😞

How did you create your Spotify account, did you use facebook or just an email address to sign up with the Spotify service?
