Help - I need to cancel an account - now have 2

I set up an account for my daughter about 2 months ago and now we are not able to log in again.  We have tried everything including resetting password but we are not getting the email from Spotify for the reset link.  So today I set up another account with a different email address and made it a family premium acccount.  I need to find a way to cancel one of the two accounts, preferably the first one that I set up just for her.  How do we do this?  It's frustrating that Spotify doesn't have a proper customer service process when they are collecting money from me.

What method of payment are you using? Try contacting that payment method directly and cancel the reoccuring bill that way, spotify will then give you a week long "payment method failed" trial but afterwards they will no longer be able to take money from your account.
