Help! My Spotify account is totally screwed up!

I originally subscribed whilst on holiday in Spain 2 years ago....and even though I now have Spotify premium (and paying for it!) when I try to access it on iPad or iPhone it still thinks I'm in Spain and tells me I cannot login from a foreign location after 14 days.

i have deleted and re installed the account and changed my password. It accepted the password change but now STILL tells me ' incorrect password'!! This is really almost fraudulent - it's taking my subs but then telling me I'm not a member!!

* For the problem with your password, make sure you have changed the password of the same account as you try to login with. More about this can you read here: https://support.spotify.com/problems/#!/article/problems-logging-in-to-spotify/?in=search

Vincent thanks for trying but...
I rebooted both iPhone and iPad
Tried to login with previous 'new password'
Failed
Went through 'reset password'
It let me into the account details screen (confirming I was a gb customer on Premium) but I couldn't see how to get into the actual app
Tried to login again via both iPad and iPhone - both said "login failed"

By the way - I'm still in Spotify via Sonos with no problem!!

But that's not the pint - Spotify is billing me and I cannot access it direct!

@Alanhaley2016, nice to hear you can get into your Premium account at the Spotify website. Now the only thing you need to know is your username and changed password to log into the app. You can view the most resent reciept for the usernane at this page: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/
