I originally subscribed whilst on holiday in Spain 2 years ago....and even though I now have Spotify premium (and paying for it!) when I try to access it on iPad or iPhone it still thinks I'm in Spain and tells me I cannot login from a foreign location after 14 days.
i have deleted and re installed the account and changed my password. It accepted the password change but now STILL tells me ' incorrect password'!! This is really almost fraudulent - it's taking my subs but then telling me I'm not a member!!

@Alanhaley2016, nice to hear you can get into your Premium account at the Spotify website. Now the only thing you need to know is your username and changed password to log into the app. You can view the most resent reciept for the usernane at this page: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/
