My Question or Issue

Help! I can't proceed to spotify streaming after loging in & changing my password for several times. I'm living in Dubai (which is Spotify is not available at, but still can manage to download & play until this one happened). I'm planning to upgrade to premium thru my friend in the Philippines, but I just want to make sure first that I can use again the spotify app before availng the premium offer. Help me regarding this since I'm a newbie here. Thanks!
