I was trying to purchase a Premium subscription, but when I filled my card information and clicked agree, a message popped up, saying that there was a problem with the information, it literally said that there had been no charge at my bank account. I tried again and the same thing happened. Now I've been charged twice, and I want my money back. Thanks

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
