Help Please ..... I am being charged for premium but not able to access

Hi there , I need help please.

I am paying for a premium subscription but am not able to access it. I can't remember any login details (account, e-mail used or password) How do I contact Spotify to either cancel subscription or gain access to my account details ???

We all forget things every now and again!

There's a couple of things to check. When you subscribed to Spotify Premium you would have had an email so check in your inbox for that. Secondly have you tried logging in with Facebook?
