Help Please

Hello,

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right area, this site is very confusing. I was trying to get ahold of Spotify to see how I can add more offline devices to my plan? Only supports 3 devices however I have 4 devices I need the offline download to work for. Don't really want to upgrade to a family plan just to add more devices- seems foolish just to add one more personal device.

Please help, is there any way I can do this?

Thanks,

Pixi M.

Hey @stonedstudying

You can sync up to 3,333 tracks from the Spotify catalogue on 3 separate devices (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) for offline listening. IMO, it's due to licensing conditions from music labels, so you could be right to think the only way to add more devices is by getting another subscription.

Hope it helps. 🙂
