Help! Premium not working on any device~

this afternoon, I upgrade my account to premium

 

but it is not working on any device, mobile, ipad, even on PC~

 

My account info shows that I am a premium account until Sep. 21

 

but when I log in on mobile, it still shows my free account info.

 

and my PC Spotify still play ads for interval

I have the same problem!!

I want to contact with their support group, but i couldn't even find an email adress....How radiculus?

 

I find out the contact form finally...It's not that esay to find...pending reply...

I'm having the same issue.  I've uninstalled from my PC and reinstalled hoping it would start premium but it does not work.  Please let me know if you get answer/solution from Spotify.   I've never hasd problems before and even though it's only $10. I want it to work since I'm paying for it! 

I've raised this as an issue via the Rock Star channel too.

What country are you guys in?
