Help - Problem with subscription to premium

Hello to everybody! I'm from Argentina.
My user is linked to Facebook so I could use the free version sof ar. But right now I want to sign up to Premium, but the website says that  I must register a payment method match to Argentina, or change my place of residence, which appears in my profile as Argentina.
I tried to log on all my devices, but still not working.  I also tried to create another user, but still the same. 
 I would really like to have the Premium version of my account.
Someone could help me?

Your country is based on IP address. If you are not in Argentina, you can change the country with your payment details here. Your payment details will need to be from the country you'd like to change to. It's just to verify you're actually from there.
