Hey @Lili1234, and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Check out this Spotify Answer for the next steps to take.

I am sorry but what you shared is ot helping at all.

All your instructions are saying that log into your account and sign out everywhere etc.

BUT I CANNOT REACH MY ACCOUNT. IT HAS BEEN HACKED.

In addition, i have to open another account to just write in here.

i replied the email that i receive for the e-mail change however i havent been informed about anything until now.

@user-removed.

Please follow 'Step 2' in the support article I provided for further help.

Where is the account and Log in Help?

When you follow step two you have

"Subscription"

"Account"

"Logging In"

.....

When i click either Account or Logging In i cannot find anything related to "i think someone is using my account"

Could you give me more info preferably screenshot?

Did you check it before sendign the reply?

Any update?

I replied the e-mail i receive after email change.

I also opened new accoutn and wrote here

Who can help me to recover my account?

Hello @user-removed!

Hope you don't mind if I jump in. In this case, I'd recommend you follow the second group of instructions in this Support article. However, if you aren't able to log in, you can also reach out to Spotify through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. Please ensure that this is an email that has not been compromised and that you still have access to it!

Hope this helps and have a nice day!

i think there is a continous misunderstanding.

This account is not my original account.

I opened it to able to write you that i have been hacked.

I cannot log in into my account because my e-mail address also changed

SO either i can change my password or i can log in into my account.

I had to open another account with same e-mail address to able to write you.

Therefore when i click change password new account pw is getting changed!!!

The guy who hacked my account uses this address;

*snip*

Only thing that is hacked, is my spotify account by the way...

Hello there!

Sorry for any confusion. In this case I'd recommend you get in touch with Spotify so they can take a look backstage and hopefully solve this as soon as possible. Since you can't log in with your old account, you can reach out to Spotify here: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/.

Hope this makes sense to you 🙂

Hi,

Spotify database has been hacked, they keep telling everywhere their database is safe... here is a link of 100 accounts with username and password.

My account was hacked last week, i've send severall emails to the website but no one is answering. Can you spotify workers stop saying nothing is wrong and actually do some work to secure your database.

Rgds,
Marc
