Help! There is a song not mine on my Spotify Artist profile

Hello everyone! I noticed a track on my Spotify artist profile that I didn't publish. This is someone with my same stage name, and certainly the digital distributor he used to release the track uploaded it wrongly to my profile. How can I report this? How do I make sure it doesn't show up on my profile? Thanks in advance.
