I opted for the premium month trial and they took details but assured I wouldn't be charged. However not long after £9.99 was taken from my account? I can't find an email address or anything so have came here. Can someone working for Spotify please assist me?
I've just taken a look at your account and it seems, for whatever reason, you ended up signing up for a regular subscription rather than the trial month.
