Help getting my account reactivated after Spotify disabled it.

I got an email yesterday saying that my account har been disabled due to the recall of an "unauthorized payment." It's not an unauthorized payment, I just had insufficient funds in my account. I want to change payment methods but it wont let let login to the disabled account to change the information. I have DMed spotify on twitter and gotten no response as well as using their customer service form with the same lack of success. Can anyone help me get this back up and running?
