I'm really disagreeable.

How can I prevent this?

Hey there @vincityhn1,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Just to confirm, are the emails you're receiving from Spotify or the Community? 

If they're news from Spotify, you can manage your notifications settings here.

If you wish not to receive any emails from the community at all, you can head here to unselect the option to Don't send me any community emails.

On another note, if it looks suspicious you can follow the steps here.
