Help me please! Offline mode disappear!!!

Can someone tell me if it's normal that every downloaded songs I had suddenly aren't and my offline mode button doesn't exist anymore!!???!??!

It could be that your subscription has ended or that you have been using the app in offline mode for more than 30 days. The app needs to reconnect again after 30 days in offline mode to make sure you have a valid connection. If it cannot detect a valid connection, then all offline files will be disabled.

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
• If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
• If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I did connect often to internet so it can't be this
Yeah I had to pay my premium access again but why deleting my playlist and make the Offline mode button disappear !?
Even On wifi I can't download it back either 😞

When did you renew your premium account?

I saw someone post something similar to this a few weeks ago. The problem was that they were renewing too close the the subscription expiration date. I suggest making sure your subscription is renewed at least 4 days in advance so that the offline mode does not get disabled. When renewing a subscription, it can take a little bit for the system to be updated. If you subscription is set to auto-renewal on a credit card, then you shouldn't have to worry about making sure it is being renewed on time.

Try logging out of the app and then log back into see if the offline switch comes back. Unfortunately, you'll have to redownload all the songs for offline use again.
