Help, my app won't let me sign in

Spotify won't let me sign in on my android devices. The app insists on telling me that the username and or passwords are incorrect - despite the fact I have reset the password 3 times and can sign on using the web browser.

We'd recommend uninstalling the existing app on your device, then download the latest official version here.
