Wondering if anyone can help us out. I recently upgraded to family premium. I have add two family members to the account. We are unable to play spotify simultaneously and independently on our devices. The playlist only plays on one device. Can we play multiple devices independently online or only offline? Hope this makes sense. Thanks

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on https://spotify.com/signup.
