HI,

 

I can see no option under subscription to cancell my membership. I haven not been using spotify for a few months now however, I am been charged every month $12.99. Please can you credit or give me the months free for which you have charged. I tried several time to cancel but under subscription I don't see the option.

It is because you are subscribing for Premium through iTunes and not Spotify.com directly. Go to the iTunes page to manage your subscription, just follow this link to get there. 

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. i HAVE TRIED LOGGING INTO MY APPLE ACCOUNT AND I COULD NOT STOP THE SUBSCRIPTION . IN THE MEAN TIME YOU WOULD BE AWARE THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SO MANY MONTHS WITHOUT USING THE SERVICE. PLEASE CAN YOU LOG ME OUT, IF YOU KNOW IT WAS FROM APPLY I AM SURE YOU CAN LOG ME OUT.

 

APPRECIATE A QUICK RESPONSE I AM PAYING FOR NOTHING FOR SO MANY MONTHS

How much are you being charged every month? If you have a subscription through iTunes you'll need to cancel it with them. There is nothing Spotify can do about a subscription started through iTunes unfortunately.

 

If you are subscribing through Spotify, just logon to your account and go to your subscription page where you can cancel it.

 

Else, like i said in my first reply, press the link i gave you that takes you to iTunes and get in touch with them to stop the renewal.

I am still being charged and not even using the service for quite some time now. I now you have mentioned that I logged in from itunes. I have tried and still have my spotify active and charging me every month. Please Please Please HELP, if you cannot resolve it atleast give me access to Spotify please please. The charges are piling on my bank account and I have no service???
